What we collect
- Contact form submissions — name, email, company, role, and the message you send us.
- Newsletter subscriptions — email address only.
- Analytics — privacy-preserving site analytics via Plausible, no cookies set by Plausible.
- Server logs — IP address, user agent, request path; retained for 30 days for security purposes.
Legal basis
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (security logging), consent (analytics, newsletter), and contract / pre-contract (responding to your inquiry).
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. Requests are processed within 30 days.
Processors
We use the following subprocessors: Vercel (hosting), HubSpot (CRM), Resend (email), Cloudflare (DNS and bot mitigation), Google LLC (calendar scheduling via Google Calendar Appointment Schedules), Plausible (analytics), Sentry (error tracking). A full list with their roles is maintained in our processor register.
